A deposit may be required to secure reservations, with the balance payable before or upon check-in.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM (flexible upon request and availability).

Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy (see policy page).
4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect lodge property, staff, other guests, and the environment.

Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or disregard for cultural and environmental guidelines will not be tolerated.

While we take every measure to ensure your safety, Lulunga Eco Lodge is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Activities such as wildlife viewing, cultural tours, and nature walks are undertaken at your own risk.
